Michel, the founder of Nevelex, is an experienced software architect and hands-on technical lead with a passion for problem solving, code optimization, and security. He has successfully brought a variety of projects to the consumer market in the Digital TV and home networking industries. He participates on standards bodies for CTA and SMPTE.

Jonathan, co-owner in Nevelex, has many years of experience managing multiple solutions for large systems, while also leading large teams of developers. He enjoys architecting enterprise systems from the ground up from drivers to middleware to the UI. Has has worked on many different systems including IBM mainframes running government applications, DB2 design, J2EE Applications, RVU development, and embedded systems. Most recently he has been focused on embedded systems software solutions.

As Senior Director of Engineering for Nevelex Corporation, Janel is responsible for directing and overseeing the engineering department, including developers, testers, scrum masters, and project managers.

Janel has over 20 years of experience in the software industry, varying from software development and design to scrum master, product owner, and project manager. Her strong technical background and communications skills, along with many years of experience running large-scale software systems in both the government and commercial industry, ensures projects are successfully led from inception to completion.

Janel has a Master's degree in Software Systems from the University of St. Thomas, along with a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics & Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. She is a Certified Scrum Master and also has a Systems Engineering and Architecting Graduate Certificate.

Patrick Stein (né Patrick Fleckenstein) is a software developer with over twenty-five years of experience in industry. He has numerous patents and publications in image processing. Since, he has done significant software development for NASA telescopes, the U.S. Air Traffic Control system, satellite communication, satellite television, and cable-modem infrastructure.
